CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. •Appointments cancelled outside 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the service total. •No shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Arriving 10+ minutes after scheduled time will be cancelled and charged 100% of service cost. • Downgrading services day of appointment will be considered last minute cancellation and are subject to 50% of original total. All deposits are non refundable.
